Medox is an internationally active Real Estate company that develops concepts such as “MyPlace”. What do these concepts look like? In which countries is Medox active?
We currently work in Central Europe and UAE. Our focus is on “Temporary Residences” what we call “Serviced Apartments”. Our concept combines the services of a hotel with the privacy of an apartment. We provide luxurious fully furnished apartments with all day concierge services in central locations.
“MyPlace” presents itself as a high-class residence. In your opinion, what reasons speak for choosing Vienna as a location?
Vienna has just been voted to the world’s number 1 city to live. I think that speaks for itself. Vienna is located in the heart of Europe, is getting more and more International and many companies are planning to move their head offices here due to the high quality of life, great logistics and its safety standards.
Which target groups are you looking to appeal to with your services; what can guests expect from the two Vienna apartment buildings?
Diplomats, Managers from International Companies and Organisations, Artists, Frequent Travellers but also Divorcés. What they can expect is very easy “Feel home away from home”. Once arrived at MyPlace everything is taken care of. The apartment is fully furnished with Flat Screen TV and DVD Player, the kitchen completely equipped with even a Nespresso Coffee Maschine. For Laptop Users we offer complimentary high speed internet access and in addition a free business corner in both locations. Our guests do not even have to spend time to find a local gym since we also provide a 24hrs fitness lounge at our properties. Not enough we also provide a beautiful roof terrace overlooking Vienna.
What requirements does a future “MyPlace” property have to fulfil?
Excellent and unique locations. For additional requirements we also involve our current guests for their preferences and needs.
Are there plans for additional “MyPlace” apartments?
Yes, we do plan a 3rd location in a very special and ritzy area of Vienna. |
